The Hub allows you to access your data held with your estate or letting agent. In particular:
- Landlords: can view their statements, rent and expense reports, tenancy histories, compliance reminders, maintenance jobs, inspection reports, viewings (upcoming and past), property marketing details, float account, documents.
- Vendors: can view their property marketing details, viewings (upcoming and past), offer histories, sale details, sale progression, documents.
- Tenants: can view their tenancy details, account balance and breakdown, payment reminders (upcoming and overdue), receipts, inspection reports, viewings, reminders about upcoming visits at their property, meter reading histories, documents.
- Buyers: can view their upcoming and past viewings, offers they have made, their purchase details and progressions, documents.
Your agent will be able to create an account for you on their Hub, which you can then access at any time.
