Your agent will create your account on their Hub - once they do so, you will receive an email with a button/link to click to set your password (example below):
For subsequent logons to the Hub, you will need to use your email address and that password. If you forget your password, you can reset it via the "Forgotten your password?" link on the logon page. You can also change your password at any time once you have logged on.
Your agent should have a link to their Hub on their website, but alternatively you could create a bookmark to it in your browser.
