Landlord dashboard

The dashboard page for landlords contains the following sections:

Summary of your property portfolio

Shortcuts to your properties, including the current tenancy at each, and a summary chart showing properties by status.  Clicking through to a property will take you to a dashboard page for that property with the same sections as your main dashboard page, but just relating to that property.

Compliance reminders

This section flags up any compliance checks that are missing or due soon across your portfolio:

Financials

This section shows:

• Overdue rent
• Upcoming rent
• A summary of the rent you have been paid this month to date, plus any expenses or fees.

Click on each total to get a detailed breakdown.

Tenancies

A summary of the current, active tenancies across your portfolio, plus any coming to an end soon.  Click on the totals for further details:

Statements

This widget shows your latest statements, with a button against each to view the statement PDF:

Viewings

The viewings section shows an upcoming viewings across your portfolio, as well as the latest feedback received:

Reported issues

This section shows an open issues reported by tenants across your portfolio:
