The dashboard page for tenants contains the following sections:
Tenancies
This shows details of your current tenancy (if applicable), including your rent and deposit amounts, and current balance due. There is also a shortcut to your previous and next tenancies. Clicking on the balance will take you through to a full breakdown of your account.
Payment reminders
This widgets highlights any payments that are due soon, plus any that are overdue. Clicking on each amount due will provide further details:
Viewings
This section shows an upcoming viewings that you have booked in, plus any recent viewings you went on:
Receipts
This widget provides a list of the most recent payments that you have made. Clicking on the amount shows what the payment has been allocated to (e.g. which rent period), and clicking on the PDF icon allows you to download a copy of the receipt:
Upcoming visits
This flags up any upcoming visits booked in at your property so that you are aware (e.g. viewings, inspections, maintenance jobs):
Report maintenance issue
This button allows you to report any issues at your property, including uploading photos of the problem:
