Tenancies

This page lists all of your tenancies with the agent.  Clicking onto a tenancy takes you to a dashboard page for the tenancy:

The tenancy dashboard page provides:

  • A summary of the tenancy itself (start and end dates, if it is a rolling tenancy now, the rent and deposit amounts, tenant list)
  • Your account balance
  • Tenancy documents (e.g. AST, check-in report, copy of EPC etc)
  • Payment reminders for upcoming and overdue payments
  • List of inspection reports
  • Receipts for your latest payments
  • Any upcoming visits to the property (e.g. inspections, maintenance jobs)

Account

Clicking on your account balance figure, or the "Account" sub-menu, takes you to your account page, which shows everything that you are due to pay over the course of your tenancy, when each item is due, how much has been paid/received from you for each item and how much is outstanding, and a running balance.  Oldest items are at the bottom of the page, and anything due in the future is a lighter colour:

Inspections

The inspections page provides reports of all inspections made at the property during your tenancy, including any photos taken during the inspections.
