Click on the "Financial Reports" menu on the left, and select the relevant tax year in the filter in the top right-hand corner:
Click the "Apply Filters" button to run the report, which shows a breakdown of all of your rental income and expenses across your property portfolio, grouped by property.
The report can then be downloaded into a spreadsheet or printed, via the buttons in the top right:
